Day 1:- Fly to North Cyprus and transfer to your hotel (4* boutique hotel)
Day 2:- Half day guided tour of Bellapais Abbey and Ancient Kyrenia. After lunch you have the afternoon at leisure to wonder around Kyrenia Town and its beautiful harbour before returning to your hotel. (B,L)
Day 3:- Today you will enjoy a walking tour of the area surrounding your hotel and Besparmak mountain and other villages nestled in the foothills (known as the Crusaders route). (B,L)
Day 4:- The morning will start off with a walking tour of Lambousa and its historical sites followed by a visit to Lapta village and its historical churches and houses. In the afternoon you will learn how to make traditional Turkish Cypriot cheese and a few other dishes before sitting down to a leisurely lunch and enjoying your own efforts.(B,L)
Day 5:- Drive to Nicosia the Capital and visit the old Ottoman houses and city walls. You will see views of the North and South sides of Nicosia from the terrace of the Saray Hotel. After refreshments you will walk through the old city visiting the Great Inn (Buyuk Han) where you will see great samples of art and craft of the local artistsand also Kumarcilar Hani. After a traditional Turkish Cypriot lunch you will visit one of the best Gothic cathedrals in the world St Sofia's Cathedral before visiting the old covered bazaar. Return back to your hotel. (B,L)
Day 6:- This morning you will drive down the Famagusta and visit the old Roman city of Salamis with its amphitheatre and baths. You will then be taken to visit the beautiful St Barnabas Monastery before driving into Famagusta city for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch you will visit the old city and its walls together with Othello Tower and St Nicholas Cathedral. (B,L)
Day 7:- Enjoy a scenic drive up to the Karpaz, probably the most beautiful region in all of Cyprus and home to the famous North Cyprus donkeys. Today's tour encompasses the Bogaz fishing village and the Church of Agios Philion. After lunch you will see Dipkarpaz and the famous Apostolos Andreas Monastery. (B,L)
Day 8:- Return transfers to the airport before flying back home (B)
